Returns & Exchanges

At Aubin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
